Governor judges how hard each task is and picks the model to match. It also knows when a prompt is already cached, so it won't switch models mid-task if switching would cost you more. You configure all of it: pin a route, set a quality floor for any key, or turn routing off and just take the discount.

Governor speaks the Anthropic and OpenAI APIs. Change one base URL and your apps keep their streaming and tool calls.
